"Let's Get Married" (2023) is a Tamil-language romantic comedy written and directed by Ramesh Thamilmani in his debut directorial. The movie has Harish Kalyan, Ivana, and Nadhiya in prominent roles, supported by Yogi Babu and RJ Vijay. It is being produced by Dhoni Entertainment.

The narrative is about "Gautham," (Harish) a young software engineer, who decides to propose his colleague and girlfriend, "Meera" (Ivana). She agrees to the offer, but when she discovers that Gautham wants her to stay with his widowed mother, "Leela" (Nadhiya), when they get married, she cancels the engagement. Meera later makes up with Gautham but stipulates that both families travel together on a trip so she can become friends with Leela. If they do not click, Meera assures Gautham that she will break up the relationship amicably.

Gautham compiles but deceives Leela, telling her it's a company outing. He takes his friend "Vijay" (RJ Vijay) along to validate the lie. Things tense up, however, when Meera and Leela fail to gel on the trip. When Meera finally reveals the actual purpose for the trip, the truth is out, and feelings run hot. Meera and Leela send everyone home and decide to spend more time together, traveling to Goa. There, their relationship begins to improve.

During their return journey, the two women lose their way and are abducted by illegal border-crossers. While kidnapped, the two women bicker and then share with each other about their problems, mostly focusing on Leela's sacrifices in being a single mother. Leela reveals her desire to marry off Gautham to pursue her own dreams, including living separately from him. This emotional exchange draws the two women closer, as they develop mutual respect and understanding.

Meanwhile, Gautham and Vijay search for them and, with a local officer's help, rescue both women and a tiger. The film ends on a light-hearted note, with Meera consenting to marry Gautham and Leela agreeing: but only if they all go on one more trip together.

"Let's Get Married" provides a new spin on contemporary relationships, with sincere drama, entertaining moments, and solid performances. The movie combines humor and emotion nicely, providing a feel-good family entertainer.
