'Maner Ajantey' is the story of Sanju Roy Choudhury who goes to Bombay for a better future. He meets Sumi there and falls in love. Sumi is already betrothed to Abhijeet who can't stand her friendship with Sanju. Sumi finds Sanju's father and plans to reunite them. Abhijeet plans to get Sanju murdered by Sumi gets killed and Sanju becomes mad.
