Mohabbat Ki Kasam (1986)

Thakur Vikram Singh and Baseera are brothers who have grown up together but never really got along. Baseera holds a grudge against his brother for being the favored one always. As a grown up too Baseera resents the wealth, estate and wife Vikram has but he has nothing in comparison. The jealousy and enmity only keeps getting worse by the day and eventually Baseera kills one of Vikram’s most trusted men. The former is eventually arrested and sentenced to death. He hopes his son Jageera will take revenge for him. Vikram is a kind hearted man and adopts Jageera as his own Apart from his own son, he also adopts another boy. Soon all the boys grow up. Jageera now is ready to take his father’s revenge and kills Vikram’s son. He then accuses the adopted son of having an affair with Vikram’s wife. Vikram is now left with no choice but to give out the sentence for the heinous crimes of his son. The film is directed by K Pappu and produced by Sohan Singh Billa. The music is composed by Kamal Kant and the story is written by Mohan Singh Baggad . The star cast includes Sandhu Raj, Jamuna, Ashwini Raj, Tanuja, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Imtiaz Khan, Goel Gurbachan, Dharmendra, Rajesh Kumar, Vinod Mehra, Amjad Khan, Paintal, Anita Raj and Moon Moon Sen.
