Naina Shah, played by Urmila Matondkar is born and brought up in England. She is a happy go lucky girl who enjoys the little things in life. Her innocence and charm is liked by all. One day while travelling with her parents in the car, they have a horrific accident as a result of which a glass shard pierces through Naina’s eyes and she goes blind. Both her parents however succumb to their injuries. She is then brought up by her paternal grandmother. Naina lives a life of dependence and struggle but doesn’t loose hope of seeing again soon one day.


Many years later, as science and technology have advanced, Naina receives a corneal transplant. The surgery is successful and Naina’s grandmother and her are delighted that she can see again. Soon Naina is troubled by the things she sees around her. She can see people dying and strange looking people circle around her. A Psychiatrist diagnoses them as mere hallucinations. One day Naina sees another person’s reflection in the mirror and is horrified. The psychiatrist decides to investigate further and find out who the transplant of cornea was from. This leads them to a remote village in Gujarat where the person who’s cornea was taken was in fact cursed.


The movie is directed by Shripal Morakhia and produced by Sagar Pandya, Anjum Rajabali and Rakesh Mehra. The music is composed by Salim-Sulaiman.
