The underworld has been an integral part of Mumbai for a long time. The police force is faced with orders to shoot criminals at sight and do random encounters to free the country of this grime but there are social activists, who will not allow that to happen and are concerned about innocent people being killed in the bargain. The story of the movie also revolves around IPS officer Vikram Singh, played by Sameer Dharmadhikari who is assigned to the special task force unit to destroy criminals.
Vikram happens to meet Nisha, played by Sandali Sinha, who is a social activist. After few initial tiffs and disagreements about their respective ideologies, both get attracted to each other. Eventually they fall in love and get married. However Vikram accidentally kills Nisha’s brother during a shootout and worried that will ruin his married life keeps the ugly truth to himself. Nisha on the other hand is hell bent of finding out and punishing the officer who killed her brother. When she finds out the real killer, she is horrified and will have to make some tough decisions in her life.
The movie is directed by Dilip Shankar and produced by Shantilal Bokadia. The music is composed by Anu Malik, Himesh Reshammiya. The cinematography is by Harmeet Singh and the choreography is by Naimish Bhatt.
