Bindra lives with his step father Jagjivandas and enjoys a wealthy and lavish lifestyle. His father appoints Pratap to look after the business affairs, as he is well trusted. Soon Bindra decides to relocate to Africa where he looks after the family business there. When he returns after a few years, he is shocked to learn that Pratap has stolen money for his sister’s marriage from non other than Jagjivan and is also sentenced to
death for the murder of a young woman. Meanwhile Bindra has his luggage stolen and also rescues a woman named Shyama. The film is directed and produced by Gulab Mehta. The music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal.
