Romeo Akbar Walter(RAW) is a film that is set for its release on the 5th April 2019, The film is set against the backdrop of the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971 and is inspired by true events. Directed by Robby Grewal, starring John Abraham as the Romeo/Akbar/Walter(RAW)agent opposite Mouni Roy, Jackie Shroff in the lead roles. Starring in the film are also Sikander Kher, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi, Bikramjeet Kanwarpal, Boman Irani, Anil Mehta and Govind Namdev. Produced by Vanessa Walia, Ajay Kapoor, Gary Grewal, Vivek Bhatnagar and Dheeraj Wadhawan.
The film is shot in Kashmir is based on Ravindra Kaushik who was an Ex-RAW Agent. His spy mind that benefitted India in the 1971 war that revealed many more secrets by him. He went into the major Post in Pak Army and from there he was leaking out information to India.
The film has enough twists and turns to keep you curious and engaged through the entire film. The climax is however expected to suspend you in disbelief. An action packed film as much as the trailer suggests ,it is more of a drama documented well with emotions and romance thrown in.
