Mallika lives a lavish lifestyle with her wealthy businessman dad Mr. Modi. Being a single widowed father, he pampers her and is extremely protective of his daughter. When he suddenly passes away Mallika is devastated and left alone. Modi however leaves his entire estate to his daughter but to be given to her only when she is 25 years of age. Till then his younger brother is made the caretaker of the wealth. When Mallika grows up and is about to be 25, a man named Uday meets her and warns her that her life is in danger and she will get killed. Mallika is horrified to hear this and on further inquiry he confirms that the man who will kill her is Uday himself. She fears for her life and runs. However soon Mallika realizes that the person chasing her is actually named Anil Suri. She now has no choice but to take help from Uday himself. Little does she know that Uday is mentally unstable and has been to prison previously for a murder. The film is directed by Dilip Dhawan and produced by Vindu Vinod Chopra. The music is composed by Vanraj Bhatia. The star cast includes Naseeruddin Shah, Radha Saluja, Francis Meneznes and Naresh Suri.
