The Householder is an Emotional-Romantic Family Tragedy Drama Film crafted with excellence by James Ivory. The Story revolves around the life of Prem Sagar (played by Shashi Kapoor)- A Professor from the College in Delhi and his marriage being arranged to Indu (played by Leela Naidu)- A Sweet girl and they married happily.
