A bunch of college mates which include Aarav, played by Shreyas Talpade, Nikhil, played by Muzamil Ibrahim and Rajveer, played by Rajeev Khandelwal, along with 11 of their friends sign a unique contract. As per this contract there are two clauses the group has to abide by. The first is that they will all buy certain amount of Reliance shares and the second the one person who remains unmarried till the very end will get all the collective shares. All the friends now finish college and try to abide by the contract by not falling for any girl and marrying her.
Slowly as the years pass by the group is unable to keep at the clause and get married one by one until only three bachelors now remain; Nikhil, Aarav and Rajveer. Nikhil falls in love with his childhood sweetheart and wants to settle down with her. So he has a grand wedding and invites Rajveer and Aarav. At the wedding, the two boys meet a girl called Sneha, played by Mugdha Godse. Both the boys fall head over heels in love with the cute and pretty girl.
Meanwhile Rajveer’s friend gives him Rs 5 Crores, however he invests it. The company unfortunately goes into losses and Rajveery loses his money. Now he must convince Aarav to marry Sneha so he can acquire all the Reliance shares and sell them to recover the lost money. However, little does Rajveer know, Aarav has already over his conversation and is aware of his plans. The movie is directed by Aditya Datt and produced by Vipin Jain and Krishan Chaudhary. The music is composed by Sachin Gupta, Toshi-Sharib and Gaurav Dagaonkar.
