South star Vijay Sethupathi shared the poster of his upcoming film Mumbaikar on his social media account a few weeks back and it got rave reviews. Now we hear the action thriller has gone on floors on 18th January. The film also stars Vikrant Massey, Ranvir Shorey, Sanjay Mishra and Tanya Maniktala. The action will be directed by Sham Kaushal. 

Mumbaikar’s director Santosh Sivan shared a couple of BTS pictures from the set. Chhapaak star Vikrant Massey will be playing the role of an angry young man, something very different from his other roles so far. The film also stars Sachin Khedekar and Prashant Pillai.
