In recent times title changes in films have become quite normal. This is done for various reasons like religious, political, etc. Akshay Kumar starrer Prithviraj was renamed Samrat Prithviraj just recently. Now the Aditya Roy Kapur starrer action film Om: The Battle Within has been renamed as Rashtra Kavach Om. This has reportedly been done due to some title rights issues. 

The title change of Om comes a few days after it’s trailer was released. So the makers have a herculean task of changing the titles on all social media platforms and promotions 2 1/2 weeks before it gets released in cinemas. Rashtra Kavach Om also stars Sanjana Sanghi, Ashutosh Rana, Jackie Shroff, Prachi Shah, and Prakash Raj. It is Directed by Kapil Verma and produced by Ahmed Khan, Shaira Khan and Zee Studios. The film will release on 1st July 2022.
