Dev Kharoud starrer 'Blackia 2' is one of the highly anticipated Punjabi sequels of the year. The film was scheduled to release on May 5, 2023, but recently the makers announced that the film's release has been pushed. The audience will have to wait for a few more months as the official release date of 'Blackia 2' has been postponed to August 25.

Sharing the new release date of the movie with the poster, the lead star Dev Kharoud wrote - “ਏਸ ਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਬਲੈਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਹੋਏਗੀ। BLACKIA 2 25 ਅਗਸਤ 2023 ਨੂੰ ਸਿਨੇਮਾਂ ਘਰਾਂ ਚ।” (This time blackia will be bigger. BLACKIA 2 In theaters on August 25, 2023.)

Japjhi Khaira will be seen sharing screen space with Dev Kharoud. Furthermore, apart from acting as the maid, Dev has also worked on the film's story. The film is directed by Navneet Singh, whose last directorial venture was 'Shareek 2' starring Dev Kharoud and Jimmy Shergill.
