After an impressive debut in Imtiaz Ali’s Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer Tamasha, actress Naila Grewal is all set to be seen in the upcoming sequel Ishq Vishk Rebound. The film is the next instalment of the 2003 Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao starrer Ishq Vishk. The upcoming film also marks the debut of Hrithik Roshan’s cousin Pashmina Roshan and also stars Rohit Saraf and Jibraan Khan. 

Speaking of being part of the film Naila said, “Ishq Vishk literally captures the charm of young love in the early 2000’s. Had you asked me then that 19 years later, I’ll be here, a part of this awesome team, I would have giggled in disbelief. I am so very grateful for the opportunity to recreate the magic and love that Shahid Kapoor, Amrita Rao, and Shehnaz Treasurywala made us fall in love with.”

Naila has been part of films like Bareilly Ki Barfi’, ‘Thappad’, and ‘Bhangra Paa Le’. Ishq Vishk Rebound will release in 2023.
