According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Tiger Nageswara Rao collected Rs 8 crore nett on its opening day. The movie achieved an overall occupancy rate of 53.18% in Telugu-speaking regions. Notably, the night shows witnessed a stronger occupancy rate of 69.72%, while the morning shows began with an occupancy rate of 49.46%. In Hyderabad, the movie had 360 shows and secured a 56.5% occupancy. The movie is expected to have better occupancy during the Dussehra weekend.


Nupur Sanon's Telugu Debut

Tiger Nageswara Rao marks the feature movie debut of Nupur Sanon, sister of Bollywood actor Kriti Sanon. Her performance in the action-packed drama alongside Ravi Teja is gaining attention. Nupur expressed her gratitude for being a part of a movie that was released in sign language. She shared her excitement by stating, "The journey has been incredible, and I hope the audiences enjoy our movieas much as we've enjoyed being a part of it."


Sanon vs Sanon at the Box Office

Interestingly, Tiger Nageswara Rao, starring Nupur Sanon, found itself in a box office clash with Ganapath, starring Kriti Sanon, and Tiger Shroff and directed by Vikas Bahl. This sibling rivalry at the box office adds an interesting turn to the competition. According to Sacnilk, Ganapath managed to collect Rs 2.5 crores on its opening day. The movie’s opening day occupancy rate in Hindi markets was reported at 9.72%.
