The film 3 Storeys released on 9th March 2018 is a story of a three storey chawal called Mayanager in Mumbai. Flory Mendonca a catholic widow who is the owner of this chawl wants to sell some parts of the building but is finding it difficult to sell due to the high price in the area, the building is located.
Vilas who is looking for a flat buys it and in the same building there is a lady named Varsha who is facing abuse by her alcoholic and unemployed husband. She in turn has a soft corner for her past lover Shankar who is her neighbor with whom she bonds well. Suhail and Malini a young couple from a different culture and religion are in love with each other much against the wishes of their parents. The ground floor has the glamorous Leela who sends seductive vibes to the men around. The film reveals that Mayanagar doesn’t seem to be what it is and there are hidden secrets.
