After Mr. Walia passes away, his only son Deepak is given the responsibility to take care of his widowed mother as well as two young sisters. Deepak works hard to makes end meet and is in love with Shayla who he hopes to marry as soon as his two sisters get married. He thus begins to look for suitable grooms for them both and finds the ideal household for them. Things take a drastic turn when the groom’s families demand a hefty dowry and he is unable to fulfill such wishes. Not knowing which direction to take, Deepak decides to marry both the groom’s sisters to take enough dowry to get his own sisters married off. The film is directed by Anwar Pasha and produced by Tahir Hussain. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Raj Babbar, Madan Puri, Anita Raaj, Neelam, Tamanna, Dimple Kapadia, Iftekhar, Jagdish Raj, Neelam Mehra and Urmila Bhatt.
