Thakur Kundan Singh rules Sultanpur and is a wealthy zamindar. His daughter Radha is born after nearly 10 years of his marriage and is a blessing from Baba Baidnath/Lord Shiva. She befriends a poor boy named Mohan and both soon fall in love. The Thakur isn’t happy about this and wants their relationship to end. The couple then start meeting secretly and talk about marring each other one day. Thakur is desperate now to get Radha married to the wealthy Yuvraj Singh but she has no interest in him. Meanwhile Yuvraj’s men beat Mohan severely one day which leaves him paralyzed on one half of his body. The doctors term it as incurable.
Yuvraj and Kundan then convince Ganga that she will be happier with the weathy Thakur rather than a crippled man. But she has already considered Mohan her husband and will do anything for his recovery. The film is directed by B S Thapa and produced by Vishwanath Prasad. The star cast includes Arun Govil, Om Shivpuri, Nameeta Chandra, Kanhaiyala, Raj Mehre, Shakti Kapoor, Manmohan Krishan, Sunder, Sonia Sahni, Farida Jalal and Urmila Bhatt.
