Hum Hain Premi (1996)

Kamal is a happy go lucky boy who has always been told by his mother that he must respect all women and treat them like his mother or sister. This has helped him look at women with dignity and they in return appreciate his courteous behavior. He falls in love with a beautiful girl in his college called Pooja but doesn’t know how to express his feelings to her. Kamal’s father however, is a womanizer and tries to flirt with Pooja’s mother who doesn’t pay much heed to his advances. Pooja is from a royal family but as all families have one evil person, so does hers. Her royal family has a diwan and he wants to take away all her property. He wants Pooja to marry an equally greedy Thakur who is also after Pooja’s family’s wealth. Kamal comes to know of these sinister plans and now wants to help Pooja in any way he can. The movie is directed and produced by Ajay Dixit. The music is composed by Shyam Surendra and the lyrics are written by Satish Sharma and Indeevar.
