Justice Jyotin Chatterjee, played by Victor Banerjee is honoured at a finction as he retires. He was a renowned professional at his time and well respected by all. He is asked about his life after retirement but his wife and him has no idea how things will be after retiring. He is invited to many functions as chielf guest off and on where he speaks about his profession and his experiences. After a while boredom sets in and his wife suggests he get some exercise and start going for walks. He thus goes to the famous Jogger’s Park where many young and old people are there exercising.

 

Jyotin meets a beautiful model named Jenny, played by Perizaad Zorabian, at the park at one of his visits and the two become friends. Jenny is naïve yet intelligent but has had bad luck with love and shares her personal stories with Jyotin. He gives her his opinion and advice. She really admires his positive outlook and is attracted to his intellect. Soon the friendship starts to blossom into love. Jenny’s friends and colleagues are concerned about her being in a relationship with such an elderly man but it doesn’t affect her.

 

Meanwhile at Jenny’s birthday party she expects Jyotin to confess his love for her as she did for him. But one of her colleagues gets some intimate picture of Jenny and Jyotin and gives them to his daughter. Embarrassed and guilty, he ends his affair with Jenny. Jenny then moves on and gets married while Jyotin confesses his mistakes to his wife and asks for her forgiveness. The movie is directed by Anant Balani and produced by Subhash Ghai and Prem Pillai.
