Kaagaz is an Emotional-Biographical-Satirical-Thriller Drama Film crafted with excellence by Satish Kaushik and produced by Salman Khan. The story revolves around the real life story and struggle of Bharat Lal Bihari (played by Pankaj Tripathi), a band-owner who is declared dead on Government records. His life journey spends mostly on the basis to fight against the corrupt system- who claimed his death on Paper's, leading to consequences.
