Kala Pani is an Emotional-Romantic Crime-Musical Thriller Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by Raj Khosla. The Story revolves around the life of Karan (played by Dev Anand)- A KInd-Hearted man living with his mother- who informed him his father is alive and serving prison for murdering a Prostitute named Mala. He sets on the path to rescue his father from prison because he is Innocent. He fells in love with Asha (played by Madhubala)- A Sweet reporter- who helped him with the case studies. Things get complicated-- when she suspects him felling for Kishori (played by Nalini Jayant)- A Beautiful prostitute- following his father's footsteps, leading to consequences.
