Vijay is a hard working and honest man who lost his wife not long ago. He lives with his son, mom and unmarried young sister Radha. One day he witnesses the murder of a child by Bhagad Singh. He is then threatened by the latter and beaten. He is left for the dead. Just then a small time goon named Karan sees Vijay unconscious. He is shocked to see that he looks just like him. He sees this as a great opportunity to escape the police and stabs Vijay and throws him from a cliff. Now he resumes Vijay’s identity and goes to live with his family. No one suspects that Vijay is in fact Karan and things carry on normally. Karan often visits a nearby brothel and learns that he can make lots of money if he sells young women there. He thus decides to sell Vijay’s sister Radha for a hefty amount. The film is directed by Sunil Hingorani and produced by Arjun Hingorani. The music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji and the screenplay is written by Khalid and Narvi. The star cast includes Dharmendra, Mithun Chakraborty, Rati Agnihotri, Anita Raj, Shakti Kapoor, Saeed Jaffrey, Jr Mehmood, Jagdish Raj, Ram Mohan, Urmila Bhatt and Padma Khanna.
