Katputtli (2006)

Lisa, played by Mink Brar is a simple and happy go lucky girl married to Arjun, played by Milind Soman. Her life seems almost perfect until one day changes the course of their lives forever. Lisa wakes up to see her dress soaked in someone’s blood. She is also wearing a coat, which incidentally has loads of cash stuffed into its pockets. She is confused and doesn’t know what to make of it. To make matters worse, she cannot remember a single thing that led up to the bloody event. She has almost no memory left of who she is and who her friends and family are. Arjun, devastated to see the plight of his wife tries his best to make her recollect but gives up after a point and just wants her to feel comfortable. Their neighbor and friend Anju, played by Yukta Mookhey, who is always around to help also tries her best to help Lisa recuperate and feel better. The mystery starts to unfold when Anju’s Naval Officer husband, Dev, played by Sameer Dharmadhikari comes into the picture. He arrives on a short visit and is quite intrigued at Lisa’s case. He decides to find out the truth before it’s too late. The movie is directed by Sanjay Khanna and produced by Mink Brar and Punnu Brar. The music is composed by Bapi-Tutul, Ishq Bector, Punnu Brar and Daboo Malik.
