Mr. Dev is a brilliant nuclear scientist and is hand picked by the defence ministry to undergo relevant training in IIT Powai to sharpen his skills. He later gets embroiled into underworld wars for many years. He is sent on a mission to stop film piracy, which is destroying the film industry. After losing his parents in a gang war he swears revenge from all who are responsible and goes on a rampage.
Later Dev meets his childhood friend Pooja, who is now a renowned doctor at the IIT Hospital, having studied medicine at Vicenza in Italy. Eventually Dr. Pooja and Dev fall in love with each other. He is however, still finding it hard to recover from the trauma that happened to him while working on the anti-film piracy project. Dr. Pooja, supports him throughout to make sure he doesn’t lose focus of his goal.
The movie is directed and produced by Kumar Raj. The star cast includes Sanjay Kumar, Tina Rana, Raza Murad,Bharat Kapoor,Nath,Shadaab Khan,Ranjeet,Ram Sujan Singh,Dawoodia Pathan,Ali Khan, Kakinada Alok and Kradhika.
