Pune Highway is one of the recently released movies of the drama genre. This new film’s story is about the five childhood friends and the adventures in their lives. The story starts with the five friends, namely Khandu, Vishnu, Nicky, Natasha, and Babu, who are friends. These friends have grown up together, due to which their bonding has become great. Natasha is the beloved sister of Khandu, who was married to ishnu who was a lawyer, but their marriage didn’t age well. However, Vishnu and Khandu continued to be good friends with each other. While, Babu has been hospitalized for a minor medical issue, but Khandu, Vishnu and Nicky held themselves responsible for this condition of babu because they neither came to rescue him when he was beaten up brutally by the politician Mansekar’s henchmen nor did they report about this to the police station. In fact, Khandu still continues to work for Mansekar. While Nicky has a terrible past, due to which he tends to hate women until and unless he gets familiar with them. Later, the story takes a tragic turn wherein Mansekar’s daughter Mona’s marriage is around the corner and she is to get married to Saple, but a tragedy occurs when Mona goes missing and a few days before her marriage, the police find out her dead body. What will happen further? Can Mansekar find the killer? How will police help Mansekar? This is one of the recent movie releases that has entertained the audiences through its drama, thrill and suspense blended in with the starry-eyed visuals and a relatable storyline.
