Shaina, played by Kriti Kharbanda and Rehaan, played by Gaurav Arora are married recently and decide to move back to Romania where they first met. Gaurav, has acquired a job as a Venture Capitalist at a prestigious company and shifts base there. He is initially reluctant to move back as he has a dark secret that Shaina knows nothing about, hence on her insistence they decide to settle in Romania.
Once there at Gaurav’s house, Shaina starts experiencing mysterious happenings. She encounters various paranormal activities that Gaurav refuses to believe. One day while at work Gaurav receives a frantic call from Shaina for help. She calls him from a village phone booth, where she’s come to visit a psychic. Unable to fathom what’s happening a local priest performs excorsism on Shaina but the spirit refuses to leave as it uses the priest’s weakness to drive him away.
Later they learn the dark secret Rehaan has been hiding all these years. Aditya, played by Emraan Hashmi is Shaina’s ex-boyfriend, and he invites Rehaan over to discuss certain important matters. Once at his place he blackmails Rehaan and asks him to break off his engagement to Shaina so he can rekindle his love with her. But after constantly arguing and Aditya using his old pictures taken with Shaina to instigate Rehaan, Rehaan loses his cool and kills Aditya in a fit of rage. While dying Aditya promises to take revenge.
Trilok, who is a blind student, helps Shaina get rid of the spirit by chanting the Gajendra moksh stotra. Rehaan finally admits his mistakes and they live happily. Raaz Reboot is directed by Vikram Bhatt and produced by Mukesh Bhatt, Mahesh Bhatt, Vishesh Bhatt and Krishan and Bhushan Kumar. The music is composed by Jeet Gannguli, Sangeet Haldipur and Siddharth Haldipur-(Sangeet-Siddharth).
