Ramat Ramade Ram is a hindi film which was directed by Dinesh Rawal and its story was written by Prabodh Joshi. Its story mainly revolves around the lives of Shankar, Gauri and Ravi played by Mahesh Desai, Tarla Mehta and Sanjeev Kumar.This hindi film’s story starts by introducing the audiences to a young, passionate girl named Gauri who is in love with Shankar. As Shankar comes from a wealthy family, but still he spends most of the time writing poetries near the riverbanks. Later, the story showcases the evolving love between him and Gauri and then the film introduces us to Gauri’s elder brother named Ravi, who leaves the village to move on to the city in search of a job.He is a well-educated man, but certainly doubts that his education will get no recognition in the village. Then, his father convinces him to stay in the village but still he leaves and Shankar accompanies him till the bus stop where he tells Ravi that he has only ambition in life that he wants to become a wealthy man. Later, as he begins to settle in the city, he comes across Radha who introduces him to her father who is a renowned and wealthy businessman Sethji. Further, Ravi overhears their conversation where Sethji reveals that he would marry her daughter Radha with an orphan with no family ties. Then, Ravi grabs this opportunity and tells a lie to Sethji that he is an orphan and secures a job in his factory . Meanwhile, in the village, Gauri’s family prepares for her marriage with Shankar, as his mother approaches Gauri’s father with a marriage proposal but the story takes an unexpected turn wherein Shankar’s father strongly opposes their marriage because of Gauri’s poor financial background. What will happen further? Will Gauri and Shankar get married despite the rejection by Shankar’s father? This hindi film wonderfully visualises the elements of romance, drama, thrill and suspense.
