Sultan Singh is a tough and honest cop who lives a poor lifestyle with his family. He is assigned the task of seeing to the police station in his village. He is asked to work under inspector Chauhan. When he comes to his house, he is shocked to see the plight of his parents. His father is a bonded labor who is whipped almost every day by Thakur Shankar Singh and his brothers. Sultan Singh is furious to see this and intervenes thus killing one of Shankar’s employees. His father unfortunately dies at the Thakur’s hands. Chanuhan then has no choice but to arrest Sultan. Sultan however flees and becomes a outlaw himself. Soon he meets a girl named Ramkali, who is also Dacoit Raksha. In reality Raksha and Ramkali are two different people who look the same. She too is after Thakur Shankar and his brothers to avenge her family’s death. The film is directed by Shyam Ralhan and produced by Ashok. The music is composed by Sonik Omi.
