Sonia, played by Shweta Bharadwaj is a single mother. After her sister and brother-in-law die of a horrific car accident, she adopts their only daughter, Suhani, played by Sheena Shahabadi as her own, with the help of her maid Maria, played by Farida Jalal. Sonia loves Suhani and takes care of her every need like a mother would and never lets her miss her own parents. However, the love Sonia showers on Suhani have a very intense effect of her. She becomes obsessed with her adoptive mother and will not share her with anyone else.
Sonia meanwhile begins focusing on her career along with taking care of Suhani. She however, begins to feel neglected. One day while seeing her mother arguing with a friend, infuriates Suhani and in a fit of rage she kills the friend. Not having any other choice, Sonia takes the blame on herself and is sentenced to 7 years in prison.
Later while living in a hotel, Suhani kills a lesbian who tries to hit on her. Luckily for Suhani, the medical report states the reason for death as drug overdose. Unable to understand her behavious, Sonia decides to take her away in some remote place where psychiatrist Yuvaraj, played by Gulshan Grover helps her. He learns about Suhani’s problem through Maria and this angers Suhani. She kills Maria leaving yet another huge mystery for Sonia and everyone else around.
The movie is directed by Adi Irani and Shiva Rindan. The movie is produced by Ashish Mishra and Amit Mishra. The music is composed by Dabboo Malik.
