Police inspector Kishan is a brave and honest cop. He lives with his younger brother Rahul. While Kishan falls in love with a minister’s daughter named Kavita, Rahul’s heart beats for Neena. Meanwhile the city is terrorized by mafia dons like Chaurasia, Rajeshwar and Lankeshwar. Corrupt politician Rana also shamelessly associates with them to get his work done. A gang war breaks out when each one tries to out do the other, while trying to gain a larger share of the underworld. One day Rahul witnesses a brutal murder by Chaurasia’s goon. They realize this and kill Rahul as he would be a threat to them.
A devastated and enraged Kishen swears revenge for his brother’s death. Neena is inconsolable and dies from sadness and depression. Kishan now has only one goal in life, that is to finish the goons who killed his brother and bring law and order back into the city. The movie is directed and produced by Rajeev Babbar. The music is composed by Anand Milind and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The story and screenplay is written by Sanjay Kumar.
