Ajay and Raj are close friends who love to play pranks on others in their college. They are in love with Pooja and Madhu respectively. Raj comes from an affluent family and lives with his uncle, while his father lives in another town. Ajay lives with his widowed mother. One day Raj’s uncle asks Ajay to get his birth certificate so he can get his passport made, so he and Raj can find employment in Canada. When he finds his birth certificate, it is revealed that Ajay’s surname is Malhotra and his biological father Dr. Ravi is in jail. When he confronts his mother, she tells him that the hospital owner framed his father falsely.

 

Ajay and Raj now go to get revenge from Rai Bahadur the owner. Meanwhile it turns out that Raj’s father too is involved in the conspiracy. Rai Bahadur then kills Raj’s father. They then take his dead body in court and makes it look like he is alive and points to Rai as the culprit and thus Ajay and Raj later prove that the former’s father was innocent.

 

The movie is directed by Kuku Kohli Kapoor and produced by Anil Sharma and Balraj Irani. The music is composed by Anand Milind and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The screenplay is written by Honey Irani and the dialogues are written by Tanveer Khan. The star cast includes Ajay Devgan, Akshay Kumar, Karishma Kapoor, Nagma, Tiku Talsaina, Romesh Sharma, Dalip Tahil, Paintal, Brij Gopal, Jack Gaud, Ghanshyam, Adi Irani, Suresh Oberoi and Aruna Irani.
