Tarana is an Emotional-Romantic Musical-Thriller Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by Ram Daryani. The Story revolves around the life of Dr. Motilal (played by Dilip Kumar)- A kind and talented man who comes from abroad for the sake of his marriage to his house with Sheela (played by Shyama)- a beautiful girl- but his plane got crashed in a village and his life was saved by Tarana (played by Madhubala)- a sweet girl living with her blind father and together they fell in love with each other. However, Tottey (played by Gope)- an evil man- whose marriage was arranged with Tarana- defames her and causes tension in the village, leading to consequences.
