Vishwaroopam ii Is an action film made in two languages Hindi and Tamil and is directed by Veteran actor director Kamal Haasan. A sequel of the film Vishwaroopam released in 2013, that features himself with Rahul Bose, Shekhar Kapur, Pooja Kumar and Andrea Jeremiah, was set in United States while the Sequel of 2018 is set in India.
Vishwaroopam II ‘s initial outing in 2013 was produced by Venu Ravichandran in Tamil and for Hindi, it was produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The film was released on August after its intial release in April 2017.
The story is a prequel and the sequel of the Vishwaroopam with RAW Agent Major Wisam Ahmed Kashmiri who is given the task to eliminate the Al-Qaeda terrorist Omar Qureshi and his fellow men, the Jihadis who have planned an attack on the New York City. He must now plan his move tactfully to wade his way through the traps and conspiracies that have been plot against the three democratic countries.
A short flashback shows how Wisam had escaped the bombing in a few seconds knocking everyone else down and the bomb had burned down Omar alive.
Starring in the film are with the same cast, starring Kamal Haasan, Rahul Bose, Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah and Shekar Kapur. Story is written by Kamal Haasan and Atul Tiwari for the Hindi dialogues . Music is by Ghibran.
