Aashiqui 2 director Mohit Suri himself revealed the information. Recently, in an exclusive interview, he said he had recorded all the songs for this film in KK's voice.

He has worked with him before on songs like 'Kya Mujhe Pyaar Hai.' But after recording the songs for Aashiqui 2, Suri suddenly felt that KK's voice is perfect for Emraan Hashmi, but it doesn't suit Aditya Roy Kapur.
