Fans of Tanu Weds Manu have a good reason to be excited and celebrate the much-loved romantic comedy franchise which is officially gearing up for its third chapter.  Titled Tanu Weds Manu – The Next Chapter, the film is expected to go on floors in 2026.It will mark the long-awaited reunion of Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan after their blockbuster success of the two earlier films.


The big announcement came during Eros Innovations unveiling its ambitious new content slate, the third part of the Tanu Weds Manu – The Next Chapter of the upcoming instalment is an ambitious project which includes multiple cinematic universes, franchise expansions and remastered classics.


Directed by Mitakshara Kumar, known best for his much-acclaimed projects like Heeramandi and The Empire. The film is being co-produced by Rudrak Soma Jyoti Limited.


Eros Universe a franchise driven initiative to expand iconic titles


Apart from reviving Tanu Weds Manu, Eros has also announced the launched of Eros Universe a franchise driven initiative that expands iconic titles like English Vinglish, Desi Boyz, Rangeela, Tere Naam and Phobia across these films for animation and character led story telling formats.


The Eros Universe studio also introduced the Eros Brahmand, a mythologically inspired cinematic universe featuring the ambitious venture such as Mahabharat 5000 AD and Garuda.  Kochadaiiyaan will also be restored and reimagined under the leadership of Soundarya Rajnikanth.


Tanu Weds Manu-The Next Chapter will officially be developed and the excitement is already soaring high with fans eager to see the franchise signature films on romance, chaos and the comedy as it returns to the big screen once again with the two talented stars, R. Madhavan and Kangana Ranaut.
