Amar and Prem are rivals and always want to out do each other. They come from middle class families but dream of become rich and wealthy. They are lazy and want the easy way of getting money thus they decide to marry a rich girl who will fulfill their dreams. They thus come to know of a princess and her maid who have come to Mumbai to look for a prospective groom. They thus try to win their affection. However in the bargain get caught up with Teja’s evil plans. The boys then want to marry the princess. But later come to know that the one posing as the princess Karishma is actually the maid and her maid Raveena is actually the princess. So ultimately Karishma marries Prem and Raveena marries Amar.
