Prem Kapoor lives a wealthy lifestyle with his wife Bhavna and children Babli and Sunil. His wife is a high court judge. They are living a happy and peaceful life until one day he receives a letter from a woman named Sneh. She would like to meet Prem urgently in Bombay. Se he leaves for Bombay and meets Sneh. Turns out she has a seven year old son and Prem is his biological father. Memories come flooding back, when Prem and Sneh had an intimate night seven years back. She confronts Prem that she is ill and will die of cancer soon, thus he must look after their son. Left with no choice, Prem takes his son home with him where Bhavna and his two other children are waiting for him. Prem now has to give a justifying explanation about the boy. Meanwhile a man calls up Prem and asks for a huge amount of money. Failing to pay which he would expose Prem’s dirty secret to his wife and children.
