A small rural town is being rampaged by Bandits and wild animals, who are killing and looting people fearlessly. This goes on for too long and the people feel helpless. They can be saved however only by one man by the name of Dina Nath, but he is arrested and in jail. On being released from jail Dina NAth crosses path with a compassionate man named Shiva and gives him the responsibility of saving the people. Dina Nath is however mysteriously murdered one day and Shiva is blamed for it. Some people however feel that he is the reincarnation of Lord Shiva himself and support him. Little do these people know that Shiva is in fact an escaped convict who has his own ulterior motives.
The film is directed by Anil Ganguly and produced by Anil Ganguly. The music is composed by BappiLahiri and story is written by Anwar Khan. The star cast includes Dharamendra,Aditya Pancholi, Dimple Kapadia,Sonam, Gulshan Grover,Ajit Vanchani,Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Joginder,Shreeram Lagu,A K Hangal,Dinesh Hingoo,Jankidas and Sulbha Deshpande.
