In Pallanhar Uttar Pradesh, Devkinandan, lives a meager and humble life, living with his mother, father, grandmother and sister. He graduates from college and lands a lucrative job at a meteorological department in the city of Mumbai. He decides to shift his base there. Devkinandan is quite happy with his job but not with his living conditions. He is made to share his living space with a pimp called Madan. He manages somehow to breath in the cramped up space.

 

Finally the long Ganesh Utsav holidays arrive and Devkinandan decides to visit his family in his village. Once there, his parents get him married to Mithilesh Kumar who he used to know as a child. He leaves for Mumbai in a hurry immediately after his wedding without spending any time with his newly wedded wife. Next day his parents and wife arrive at his door and he is unhappy to make them stay in such a cramped up place. Seeing his displeasure his family leaves but wife decides to stay back.

 

One day the police arrest Mithilesh out of the blue and this shocks Devkinandan. He goes to the police station to find that she has been falsely arrested on suspicion of prostitution. He is humiliated and tells the cops that she is his wife, but doesn’t have any proof. He immediately conatcts his family to get his wedding photos, but unfortunately all the photos have their faces covered with the wedding wail. Devkinandan is now in a soup. He has to prove his marriage to Mithilesh and save her from further embarrassment. The movie is directed by Rahul Aggarwal and produced by T.P Aggarwal. The music is composed by Lalit Pandit.
