Well known movie director Vijay lives with his wife Shanti and a child. While filming for one of his movies, The film actress Kiran has a lot of issues and throws tantrums. She is then replaced by another actress named Gauri. Gauri is beautiful and Vijay is instantly attracted to her. Little does he know that she is a prostitute. He falls in love with her and soon both get intimate. Gauri is shocked to know that she is pregnant and is angry at Vijay for still being married to another woman. Vijay comes to know about Gauri’s past but accepts her and his new born child.
Meanwhile Gauri meets a wealthy man named Prince Kumar and wants to leave Vijay. He however wants to leave his wife and live with Gauri so that his new born daughter doesn’t get into prostitution like her mother. The film is directed and produced by Raj Kumar Kohli. The music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal. The story and screenplay is written by Lalit Mahajan and Charandas Shokh. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Farha,Salma Agha, Sumeet Saigal,Om Prakash,Amjad Khan and Aruna Irani.
