Peter D’Souza is a Indian Army officer training under the strict disciplinarian Pratap Chauhan. He trains him for hostage rescue mission under his hawk like vision. However when he goes to save a bus load of people he gets badly injured and gets paralyzed waist down. Peter however has not lost all hope. He is soon to get married to his fiancé Shirley and invites Maj, Pratap. However, during a fight with the local goons, Peter loses his life. When Pratap hears this he swears revenge. He comes to know of the goons that have been terrorizing Peter’s locality. He thus moves into that area and takes revenge for his murder by killing them one by one.
