Bhagat and Chetan played by Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt respectively are good at conning people in their own separate ways. Recently they have conned the same person, Anthony, played by Arjun Rampal of cash and his car. Chetan steals his cash and Bhagat takes away his car.
The two con men happen to meet each other on a flight to Thailand and boast falsely about their lifestyle not knowing that the other is also conning him. Realizing that they have robbed each other of money and valuables become enemies.
They fall for the same girl Khushi, played by Kangana Ranaut and get into a race to see who can impress her and win her over. They try all their crazy tricks like pretending to be blind or be a donor to get her. One day they end up in church and Khushi tells the priest she wants to marry both but eventually ends up being kidnapped by Anthony. Rascals is a comedy that has all the ingredients to tickle your funny bone while providing ample entertainment with some delightful performances.
The movie is directed by David Dhawan and produced by Sanjay Dutt, Sanjay Ahluwalia and Vinay Choksey. The music is composed by Vishal-Shekhar.
