Captain Jaswant is forced to leave the Indian Army after he loses his arm during a fight. He then relocates to Bombay in a quiet place called Shanti Nagar. However Shanti Nagar is far from being peaceful. It is in truth terrorized by people like Peter Gonsalves and JaichandKhurana who extort money. The two notorious men work for a mafia don named Taneja. One day Jaswant has heard enough of horror stories about the dreaded gang that he joins forces with a local taxi driver named Raju and decides to fight the terror. However they get involved with a man named Raaka who seems trustworthy but actually is a loyal of Taneja. They themselves end up getting falsely accused in smuggling and getting arrested.
The film is directed and produced by JyotinGoel. The music is composed by AnandMilind. The screenplay is by NusratSayed and the dialogues are written by MushtaqJalili. The star cast includes Jeetendra,Sanjay Dutt, JuhiChawla,Vinita, ShafiInamdar,Bob Christo,Mohan,Mahesh Raaj and Aparajita.
