Suraj and Lala who were the best of inseparable friends, get tricked by a goon named Sundar. He creates misunderstandings between both friends in such a way that when Lala whose wife is killed thinks Suraj is the murderer. They become staunch rivals of each other and create havoc in the city by the ruthless gang wars. The Assistant commissioner of police now uses two criminal psychologists to get Suraj’s son Rahul and Lala’s beautiful daughter Priya to fall in love so both sides of the story can come to the fore.
The movie is directed by Ramesh Sippy and produced by G P Sippy. The music is composed by Nadeem Shravanandteh lyrics are written by Sameer. The cinematography is by K K Mahajan.
