Ravi takes care of his blind and unwell mother while his father works out of town to makes end meet. He manages to send them money to take care of bare minimum expenses. One day things take a horrible turn when news of Ravi’s father’s murder is brought by a police officer. Ravi is devastated but decides not to tell his ailing mother as she would not be able to handle the shock. With the helps of his close friends and few neighbors they have the funeral. Meanwhile Ravi comes to know that a man called Shiva has killed his father. He swears revenge.
Ravi fights off some goons when a man called Tony comes to his aid, and they become good friends. He invites Tony to come and live with him. He brings his mother too. Soon Ravi finds out a shocking detail that Tony might be Shiva in disguise and is on a mission to wipe out Ravi’s entire family. The movie is directed by Ajay Kashyap and produced by Abu Malik. The music is composed by Anu Malik and the lyrics are written by Indeevar, Hasrat Jaipuri and Shaily Shailendra. The star cast includes Govinda, Aditya Pancholi, Mandakini, Neelam, Gulshan Grover, Mahesh Anand, Kiran Kumar, Shafi Inamdar, Bob Christo, Raza Murad, Vikas Anand, Alok Nath, Ashalata and Anjana Mumtaz.
