Kangana Ranaut's Emergency was released after much delay on January 17th. The film's opening was a complete win-win, which went opposite to the predictions of it to start with a below-average mark.


On Day 1 the film saw a business of Rs.2.5 cr, on Day 2 there was a jump of 44 per cent with a collection of Rs. 3.6 cr, followed by an increase of 18 per cent on day 3, which means the movie minted Rs. 4.25. The movie saw a dip on Day 4 of more than 75% making Rs. 1.05 cr and on Day 5, Tuesday collection was Rs. 1.07 cr. This total collection of the film after 6 days of theatrical run is Rs.12.47 cr. 


Emergency The movie has faced a great loss in business because of the ban Although it is still running better than other movies released on the same date and weekend Azaad, which was released on the same date as Emergency, collected Rs.0.55 cr, roughly, while Ram Charan’s Game Changer, too, couldn’t reach the Rs.1 cr mark.
