Chahatt Khanna

Khanna known for playing Ayesha Sharma in Bade Acche Lagte Hai and as Nida Beg in Qubool Hai. She began her career at the age of sixteen with the Cadbury advertisement that also led her to make her debut in television in 2002. Thereafter she was in a television show from 2002 called Sachi Baat Sab Jag Jane.

She gained significant fame for her portrayal on the television with her role of Ayesha Sharma in Sony TV’s series Bade Acche Lagte Hain between 2011-2014. Her other appearances included the reality show Darr Sabko Lagta Hai.

Her filmography includes Bollywood projects such as 7 ½ Phere in 2005, the thriller The film in the same year. The movie revolved around the life and the struggles of film artists. Chahatt did a cameo in the show Hero-Bhatki Hi Shakti Hai in 2005 in which she played the role of Queen Mayra and in 2009 she appeared in the Ek Main Ek Tum and later in a Squad Leader on MTV Stunt mania . Prassthanam in 2019.

Beyond acting Chahatt is the founder of Ammarzo a sustainable luxury fashion brand and has a production house Rajmachawal Entertainment.

Pati Patni Aur Kand is an upcoming web series on Jio Cienma which she is featuring in the lead role alongside actor Abhishek Kapur and Vishal Anand. Directed by Shahnawaz Khan and produced by Seven Sense Productions.

She is also known for her role in Yaatris. In 2006, Chahatt had also portrayed as Aashka Wadhwa contribution to the Indian television’s most beloved long running show, Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan. Se also portrayed Katie or Kaajal in the Sony Television series, Kaajjal in 2007 and in 2008 Chahhat Khanna had appeared as Frieda in Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna. In 2011, She appeared in the multi starrer comedy as Kanishka in the film Thank You, alongside Akshay Kumar and Sonam Kapur in 2019, She was in the high-profile action drama where she played Palak in the film Prassthanam.
