Anjali Gujral wants to keep herself and her son Dev as far from crime and illegal activities as possible. Thus after constant protests when her husband Mahendra Gujral, refuses to give him his criminal life, she walks out on him and decides to marry Dr. Malhotra instead and raise Dev in a safe and happy environment. Dev grows up to be a diligent and honest police officer. Years later when Dev is on the lookout for the criminal Gujral, he comes to know that he is operating with another name Suraj Singh. Meanwhile Gujral comes to know that Dev is his biological son and play with his emotions and reminds him of their past.

 

Gujral blames his criminal background on the corrupt politician Shastri. Dev has a tough decision to make, weather to listen to his father or completely disregard his warnings. The movie is directed by Latif Sharma and produced by Ramesh Sharma. The music is composed by Anand Raj Anand and the lyrics are written by Anand Raj Anand, Dev Kohli and Faiz Anwar. The screenplay is by Akash Khurana and Robin Bhatt. The star cast includes Sunil Shetty, Shilpa Shetty, Ranjeet, Suresh Oberoi, Girish Karnad, Shiva, Suresh Bhagwat, Sudhir Mittoo, Ankush Mohit, Ali Khan, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Navin Nischol, Johnny Lever, Mohan Joshi, Smita Kalpriksh, Anjana Mumtaz and Tina.
