Bhagwati is the caretaker of his deceased brother’s vast property along with his wife. However he goes into debt and starts to pay off his debt with his brother’s money. His stern niece Renu comes to visit him form the US and finds a lot of money missing. She asks him for an explanation but he in stead gets her almost killed in a boat accident. When Renu disappears he assumes that she is dead. But some fishermen find her and she has lost her memory. Raja a middle class man who had previously had a fight with her tells the cops that she is his lost wife. Soon they both fall in love. After a while Renu gets her memory back and gets her uncle arrested. She then marries Raja.
The film is directed by Vijay Sadanah and produced by D D Yande. The music is composed by Anand Milind and the story is written by Saleem Agha. The star cast includes Salman Khan, Neelam, Anupam Kher,Tiku Talsania,Asrani,Shubha Khote,Javed Khan,Subbiraj,Salim Khan,Arun Mathur,Rakesh Srivastava,Vicky Monty and Sumeet.
